چکیده

Abstract Understanding seasonal human mobility at subnational scales has important implications across sciences, from urban planning efforts to disease modelling and control. Assessing how, when, where populations move over the course of year, however, requires spatially temporally resolved datasets spanning large periods time, which can be rare, contain sensitive information, or may proprietary. Here, we aim explore how a set broadly available covariates describe typical in Kenya pre-COVID-19, therefore enabling better low- middle-income country (LMIC) settings non-pandemic settings. To do this, used Google Aggregated Mobility Research Dataset, containing anonymized flows aggregated users who have turned on Location History setting, is off by default. We combined this with socioeconomic geospatial 2018 2019 quantify changes domestic international patterns years. undertook spatiotemporal analysis within Bayesian framework identify relevant explaining movement patterns, while accounting for spatial temporal autocorrelations. Influence of sociodemographic characteristics on human mobility [corrected].

Human mobility has been traditionally studied using surveys that deliver snapshots of population displacement patterns. The growing accessibility to ICT information from portable digital media has recently opened the possibility of exploring human behavior at high spatio-temporal resolutions. Mobile phone records, geolocated tweets, check-ins from Foursquare or geotagged photos, have contribute...

A1C Testing and its Sociodemographic Predictors

Background: One of the Healthy People (2020) goals related to the glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) test is to increase the percentage of adults (aged 18 years and older) with diabetes who have had an HbA1C test at least twice in the past 12 months from 64.6% percent in 2008 to 71.1% by 2020. However, Texas has historically trailed behind several other states in achieving this goal. Targeted interven...
